60-Day Return Period
The Flight Attendant Shop will accept returns of un-used merchandise up to 60 days from the purchase date. After 60 days, all sales are final.
Returned merchandise that is not in new condition, missing parts and/or literature, missing or damaged packaging may be assessed a 30% or $30 restocking fee, whichever is less. The Flight Attendant Shop reserves the right to not accept returned merchandise that is not in like-new condition.
Defective merchandise, discovered within the 60-day window, may be returned, provided that the manufacturer's warranty applies or if the merchandise was damaged in transit. Do not contact the shipping company, they will only direct you to contact us. After 60 days, defective merchandise should be directed to the product manufacturer.

For your protection, it is highly recommended that merchandise be returned via a reliable shipper with tracking capability.
Credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return and applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Although you may not have been charged for shipping on your original order, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return.
If you want to return an item and exchange it for a different item, please complete the RMA process for your return and place a new order for the merchandise you want.
