60-Day Return Period

The Flight Attendant Shop will accept returns of un-used merchandise up to 60 days from the purchase date. After 60 days, all sales are final.

Returned merchandise that is not in new condition, missing parts and/or literature, missing or damaged packaging may be assessed a 30% or $30 restocking fee, whichever is less. The Flight Attendant Shop reserves the right to not accept returned merchandise that is not in like-new condition.  Test luggage as thoroughly as you can in your home to find out if it is suitable for your travel needs. Carefully remove the plastic bag, leave the tags on, and don't throw away the box!

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise, discovered within the 60-day window, may be returned, provided that the manufacturer's warranty applies or if the merchandise was damaged in transit. Do not contact the shipping company, they will only direct you to contact us. After 60 days, defective merchandise should be directed to the product manufacturer for warranty service.

Free Return Shipping

Simply request an RMA and we will email a UPS or USPS return label to you as appropriate.  Print it out and drop the package off at a UPS Store or place the package back in the mail.  A refund - for the merchandise only - will be issued when the return is received.  You may also make your own arrangements for return shipping, in which case we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping (expedited shipping excluded).  Return the merchandise in the box it came in, or in similar packaging.  Do not ship without a box or a restocking fee will be assessed.

For your protection, it is highly recommended that merchandise be returned via a reliable shipper with tracking capability.

Credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return and applied to the account used to make the purchase.

**If you are returning small items (pins, luggage tags, wheels, etc.) then you do not need an RMA number.  Simply mail the items back via first class mail and a refund will be issued when received.  Try to include a copy of your invoice.


If you want to return an item and exchange it for a different item, please complete the RMA process for your return and place a new order for the merchandise you want.
