Serving you by providing the products that you want and processing your order as efficiently as possible has always been our mission. However, sometimes we run out of highly desired merchandise and are unable to fulfill that mission. We also want to provide additional products from our top vendors that we can’t keep in inventory but want to make available for you. We now allow for certain items to be ordered with the understanding that the item will be shipped direct from the manufacturer. In most cases, this will be Travelpro. Here is what you need to know:
1. Your order will be placed as normal via the Flight Attendant Shop website. The only difference is that items selected to be drop-shipped will be shipped directly from Travelpro or appropriate vendor. Other items in the order will be shipped separately from us.
2. UPS Ground is the only option for drop-ship items. This service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APOs, or other countries. Continental US only. Other items in your order will also ship via UPS Ground. If you want other items in your order ship with an expedited service, please place a separate order for those items.
3. Please allow 1-2 business days for Travelpro, or appropriate vendor, to process the drop-ship order. It may take longer for the vendor's warehouse to fulfill the order. Once the vendor has your order, we have no control over how long it will take for them to process it and ship it. Do not expect your item to be shipped in an expedited manner. If you need the item by a certain date, please order as far in advance as possible. If the item is expected to be back in stock then we may wait and ship the order ourselves.
4. When the drop-ship item has shipped, we will provide you with the UPS tracking information via our shipping platform – ShipStation.
5. International shipping is not possible for drop-ship items. You will not be able to complete an international order because no shipping options will appear for you.
6. Expedited shipping is not available for drop-ships. Do not expect your item to arrive by a certain date! Since we cannot control how long order processing will take, we aren’t able to make accurate estimates for expedited shipping.
7. If other items in your order can also be included with the drop-ship item, then we may choose to have the items shipped together. For example, if you order a Travelpro rollaboard and a tote bag and only one of those items was selected to be drop-shipped, then we may have them both drop-shipped.
8. Returns should be processed normally. The return will be sent to us, not the manufacturer. Go to our Returns page to complete an RMA, or follow the instructions in your shipment confirmation email.
9. Please do not ask for a signature requirement be applied to your shipment.
10. If the manufacturer does not have the item in stock, then we may cancel your order and notify you.
